What shipping methods do you offer?

Priority Delivery
Once received, we ship within 1 business day. Shipment times are estimated to be 3-5 business days.

Standard Delivery
Once received, we ship within 2-4 business days. Shipment times are estimated to be 4-8 business days.

Free Delivery
Eligible for orders over $150.00 for customers located at an address with an L or M postal code. Once received, we ship within 2-3 business days. Shipment times vary between 3-8 business days.

In-Store Pick Up
If you live locally in the GTA and would like to have your order packaged for pick-up, you can select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Your order will be packaged within 1 business day and you'll receive an email confirmation from us once it's ready!

For In-Store Pickups, we are located 36 Northline Road, Unit 6 Toronto, ON. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up

How do I track my package?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

How do I find out shipping costs?

Simply add items in your cart, select "view cart" and enter your province and postal code into the shipping calculator.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Tonic Living, but if you are not completely satisfied, please see our detailed return policy below. Please note shipping charges on returned merchandise are non refundable.

Swatches and remnants are considered to be final sale and are not eligible for return.

Pillows, Ottomans & Accessories

Pillows, ottomans & accessories may be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition (dry cleaned items will not be accepted). All tags must be attached. 

Fabric

Fabric yardage may be returned within 30 days of receipt, less a 15% restocking fee applied to the refund total. Fabric that has been cut, washed or altered by the customer cannot be returned.

Clearance Items

Clearance fabrics, pillows, ottomans and accessories may be returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit. Product must be in new, unused condition and all tags must be attached. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to clearance fabrics. Fabric that has been cut, washed or altered by the customer cannot be returned.

Clearance Rugs:

Rugs may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. After 7 days and within 30 days of receipt, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund total

Furniture

Furniture may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. After 7 days and within 30 days of receipt, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund total. Furniture must be in original condition. Custom furniture orders cannot be returned.

Return Instructions

Returns are made easy with our provided shipping label.  Email info@tonicliving.com with your order number and the name of the items you want to return and we will assist you. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, if you are located within the GTA you can return your items in person at our retail shop located at 36 Northline Rd Unit 6, Toronto, Ontario Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Once the return is checked and approved, we will issue the refund (as per our policies) to your original method of payment. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are non refundable.
